The legal notice, use conditions, general conditions of sale and confidentiality charter, which are accessible on this site and which you acknowledge that you have read, are jointly applicable within the framework of implementing this site, forming an indivisible set of conditions that all site users must accept and observe. 

By making a booking on this site, you accept that your reservation is subject to the present general conditions of sale.

Reservations on www.weekend.ch (www.week-end.ch, www.weekends.ch, www.week-ends.ch) are made directly with the hotels, which all have the same real-time booking system, installed on their own websites and updated every day by the hotels themselves on their own responsibility. So once you have validated your reservation, you receive a confirmation e-mail with a booking number communicated by the hotel, which therefore registers it immediately. The hotel and/or chain are responsible for the description of the hotel on the Weekend.ch site. We decline all liability for any inaccuracies in the information displayed or omissions from this information.

The booking chain is as follows:

Once you have chosen the hotel where you want to make your reservation, click on the “Book” button.1. For each room that you want to reserve, select the type of room required, the date of arrival, the number of nights and the number of adults/children per room. Select the approximate time of your arrival and choose “smoking” or “non-smoking” for your room where this choice is offered.
2. Check whether the rooms are available by clicking on the “Check availability” button.
3. If the required rooms are not all available, change the information selected or choose another hotel.
4. If the required rooms are all available, complete the form by entering the personal data requested and then click on “Continue”.
5. Check the summary of your reservation on the following page. If you want to modify it, click on the “Modify” button. If you want to abandon, click on the “Abandon” button. If you want to continue, tick the box asking you to accept the hotel's general conditions of sale after reading them and then click on the “Submit reservation” button.
6. On the following page, enter the type of credit card to be used to guarantee your reservation, with the card number, the cardholder's name, the card expiry date and the cryptogram figures on the back of the card. Then click on the “Send to hotel” button.
7. The final page tells you that your reservation has been registered and gives you your booking number. You can print this page by clicking on the “Print” button.
8. You will receive an e-mail from the hotel summarising the details of your reservation.

Payment for your stay is made directly to the hotel in Weekend.ch does not demand any payment in advance. Providing your credit card number acts as a guarantee of payment for the hotel, which is the only party able to debit the cost of your stay from your card account or to debit the cancellation fee in the cases specified in the cancellation conditions below. Weekend.ch does not debit credit card accounts under any circumstances. Our reservation system is secure: your credit card number and the personal data that you provide are encrypted. 

Weekend.ch reservation service is free for you. You do not pay.

Weekend.ch any supplement on the room charge even in the case of cancellation.

The sale is concluded directly between you and the hotel, so Weekend.ch cannot be held liable in the event of the hotel defaulting in any way on its obligations. Any complaints must be made directly to the hotel.

Weekend.ch offers several hypertext links to its partners' sites, though this does not mean that Weekend.ch approves the contents of these sites or the information that they provide. 

Weekend.ch makes every effort to select hotels carefully but is unable to check the relevance, exhaustiveness, legitimacy, reliability or availability of the information provided on hotel sites or communicated by the hotels themselves. The hotel descriptions and information provided are based on data provided by the hotels so it is up to surfers to ask the hotel management about the availability of the facilities and services offered and the rates normally charged during their stay. 

Weekend.ch declines all liability for contents put on line by any of its partners on their sites and/or information communicated by them on their responsibility. This is accepted by all site users making bookings via the Weekend.ch hotel reservation system.

You have two options if you want to modify a reservation: either you make the change by contacting the hotel directly (all contact details are provided in the e-mail confirming your reservation) or you cancel your reservation on this site and make another one.

Weekend.ch does not provide any transport or shuttle services. You must make your own travel arrangements directly, on your entire responsibility, with any carrier or operator of your choice, independently of the hotel reservation made on this site.

Booking forms for reservations made on hotel websites and Weekend.ch portal sites using the software are archived on a durable digital format (data base). You can access the archived contract by writing to Cre@net Sàrl, CP 62, CH - 1162 Saint-Prex

By law you have a free, seven-day right of withdrawal for all distance selling transactions

After the statutory withdrawal period, you can usually cancel free of charge provided that you give at least 48 hours' notice before the date of arrival at the hotel, with the first night due if the cancellation is late (less than 48 hours before your arrival), though hotels may have specific cancellation conditions, which you can access by clicking on the “Book” button for the hotel of your choice to check the availability and rates of the hotel along with the cancellation conditions before validating your reservation.

The contractual language is French. The contract is governed by French law and the Swiss courts in the place where the contract is concluded have jurisdiction
